William was born on March 9, 1932 and passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.

William was a resident of Hernando, Florida at the time of his passing.

He received a Bachelor's Degree in geology and chemistry from Hofstra University. In 1962 he reeived a postgraduate degree from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.

During the Korean War he served as a U.S. Army ballistic meteorology specialist assigned to Osaka Japan.

He was married to Shirley.

A private Celebration of Life event for family and close friends is planned.
