William "Will" Condon Moore was born in Portland, Oregon on February 7, 1936. He lived in Orange County for over 70 years where he graduated from Newport Harbor High School in 1953. He joined the U.S. Navy that year near the end of the Korean War and served on the destroyer USS Orleck DD-886.

Will owned and ran a business in Newport Beach called Dunlap Service for over 40 years, specializing in appliance repair. After retirement, he started the Dunlap Hot Rod Auto Service specializing in 1932 Fords. Over the years Will built over twenty custom 1932 Ford hot rods. He was also a member of 4 car clubs: the Gear Grinders, the Outriders, the Lucky Devils and Manx Dune Buggy Club and in his early years a member of the Sons of Saba Motorcycle Club.

Will was an avid hunter and fisherman, loved the outdoors and everything about the old west. He loved to collect antiques and artifacts from that time period.

He was a Christian man and often attended Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa. Will was such a likable man and had many stories to share. He was the kind of man who never knew a stranger and was a friend to many.

Will was a devoted father, husband and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Cean; brother Harry "Skip" Milne; children Bill (Kelly) Moore and Catherine (Mark) Hilde; step-grandchildren, Niki Becker, Chris Martinez and Destiny Martinez; grandson, Davin William Hilde, who was his pride and joy.
