William passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016.

William was a resident of Greece, New York at the time of his passing.

Bill graduated from John Marshall High School during World War II. After his service at Los Alamos, he returned to Rochester where he obtained his BS in engineering at the University of Rochester and his law degree at Harvard Law School.

At age 17, he enlisted in the United States Army where he was placed in the Manhattan Project despite his young age because of his aptitude in math and science.

He was married to Lois (Wendy) Easton.
