William was born on November 18, 1929 and passed away on Monday, October 7, 2019.

William was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

He is also preceded in death by his late brother Frank Hallock Jr. William served in the US Army where he was selected to be a radar instructor stationed at Aberdeen Maryland.
