William was born on April 14, 1984 and passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017.

William was a resident of North Carolina at the time of passing.

Billy grew up in Frederick, MD and graduated in 2002 from Thomas Johnson High School, where he played football and lacrosse, Billy was also an Eagle Scout with Boy Scout Troop 799 of Fort Detrick, MD.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 3513 N St., NW, Washington, DC 20007. Interment will follow in the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. A memorial service will be held on August 31, 2017, for all the fallen in the 2nd Marine Raider Battalion, Marine Forces Special Operations, in Camp Lejeune, NC. There will be a memorial mass at the St. John's Catholic Church, Frederick at a later date.
