William was born on February 15, 1938 and passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017.

William was a resident of Columbia, South Carolina at the time of passing.

After serving in the US Army at Fort Jackson, Bill made Columbia his home.

He was a dedicated member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church as well as a member of the Shriners and the Masonic Lodge. with burial to follow in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until time of the funeral. AUG 9. 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM Thompson Funeral Home, West Columbia 200 State Street West Columbia, SC, US, 29169 info@thompsonsfuneral.com Visitation (Prior to the service) begins.
