William passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019.

William was a resident of Mobile, Alabama at the time of passing.

Billy attended Old Shell Road Elementary School, Murphy High School and Vanderbilt University, where he was an active member of ZBT fraternity, and graduated in 1959 with a degree in Business.

He received an honorable discharge from the United States Army in 1968 with the rank of Captain.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 4:00 PM at the Springhill Avenue Temple Cemetery, Owens Street, off Virginia St. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Springhill Avenue Temple, Ahavas Chesed Synagogue, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Vanderbilt University Children's Hospital, or the Alzheimer's Association .
