William was born on January 22, 1936 and passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019.
William was a resident of Maryland at the time of passing.
Two years later, he graduated from Officer Candidate School and spent the next 30 years serving this great nation.
In 1955, Bill enlisted in the U.S. Army.
