William was born on July 2, 1930 and passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017.

William was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing.

William graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Muskingum College.

He served our country and protected our freedom as a Sergeant in the Infantry with the United States Marines Corp where he was a highly decorated Purple Heart recipient and suffered extensive injuries in Korea.

Calling hours will be from 5 to 8PM Monday, August 14, 2017 and one hour prior to services at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W. MILITARY ROAD. The funeral service will be held at 1PM Tuesday, August 15, 2017 with Father Peter Fegan as celebrant. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park with full military honors.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 144 N. Fifth St., Zanesville, OH 43701.
