William was born on July 13, 1918 and passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019.

William was a resident of Moon, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Bill was a 1936 graduate of St. Clairsville, Ohio, high school.

Bill was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran who enjoyed golf & was a former member of Sharon Community Presbyterian Church.

Memorial visitation will be on August 17, 2019, from 10am to 2pm with services to follow, Copeland's, 981 Brodhead Rd. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be forwarded to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Bill's name. Visitation at the R.d. Copeland Inc. from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on August 17, 2019.
