Lt. Col. Warden was born on August 25, 1942 and passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017.

Lt. Col. Warden was a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee at the time of passing.

He graduated Knoxville Catholic High School in 1960, and graduated from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville in 1965 with a B.S. in Marketing.
