William was born on February 19, 1948 and passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018.

William was a resident of Amanda, Ohio at the time of passing.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Ben Foulk will begin at 11:00am on Wednesday, April 18, at the funeral home with one hour prior of visitation from 10-11:00am. Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery. Visitation at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on April 17, 2018.
