Willie "Bill" Dalton, Jr., 81 of Paris, passed away at his home Saturday, April 14, 2012. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 am, Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Bro. Nolan Butler officiating. Burial with military honors will be made in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm, Monday, at the funeral home.

Bill was born August 17, 1930 in Chapmanville, WV to Willie Rufus Dalton, Sr. and Biddie Ellis Dalton. He married Norma Jean Rambo, June 24, 1953, in Hobbs, NM, building over 58 years of family and memories. Bill was employed for many years as a Salesman/Distributer for the Kirby Vacuum Cleaner Company and later on was involved with Heating & Air Conditioner service and repair. He also served his country in the U.S. Air Force, during the Korean War. Bill attended and was a member of College Church of Christ and his family says that he loved working on cars with his grandson, Matthew.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; Norma's parents, Den & Ima Rambo; one son, Robert Kelly Dalton; a brother, Sherwood Dalton; a sister, Rose Dotson, as well as three other sisters and one brother.

Survivors include his wife, Norma; one daughter, Sally Becerra & husband Nick of Mesquite; one grandson, Matthew Becerra of Laramie, WY; one granddaughter, Laura Meza of Arlington, along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Casket bearers will be Mark Arnold, Carey Clifton, Eldon Eudy, Micah Fry, Charlie Hodgkiss, Warren Skeen, Harvey Spencer and James Weems.
