Yvette Jacqueline Toupin, age 84, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017 at her home in Georgetown, Texas. Yvette was born in Franklin, New Hampshire in 1933 and graduated from Franklin High School in 1951. She married her High School sweetheart, Virgil J. Toupin on February 2, 1952. After nurturing her five children, she started her career with the Internal Revenue Service in Austin, Texas in 1969, transferring to the Washington D.C. headquarters in 1990 where she retired from a management position after more than 25 years of service.

Yvette enjoyed literature and playing board games with her family. She and her husband, Virgil, loved to travel, take cruises, play golf, and dance. Yvette maintained a strong devotion to the Devine Will and the Marian Movement of Priests.

Yvette is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Virgil, her father, Arville Trachy, her mother, Yvonne, brothers, Roger, Richard (Dick), Edward (Eddie), and Robert (Bob). Yvette is survived by her five children, Lynne Kincaid, Michael Toupin (Mary Jo), Scott Toupin (Mamie), Diana Harrell (Terry), and Mark Toupin (Wendy); 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; her sister, Doris Bouty; and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with a Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. Mass of Celebration will be at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 17, 2017 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 4800 Convict Hill Road in Austin. Committal Services will be at 10:30 A.M. Friday, August 18, 2017 at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio where she will be laid to rest next to her loving husband.

Honoring Yvette as pallbearers will be Jacob Sutton, Sebastien Darland, Christina McBride, Donavan Toupin, Brandon Toupin, Jordan Toupin, Jason Dimitt, and Travis Harrell.
