Captian was born on March 16, 1929 and passed away on Monday, October 7, 2019.

Captian was a resident of Texas at the time of passing.

This unique feat allowed Bob to join the ranks of a select few Marines who are known as "Mustangs", Enlisted men who become Officers.

Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Thursday, October 10, 2019, at Shiloh Baptist Church, 829 Shiloh Church Rd., Crawford, Texas, with full military honors. Interment will be at 2 P.M. at Squaw Creek Cemetery in near Glen Rose, Texas, under the direction of Foss Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Visitation will be held 5 -7 P.M. Wednesday at Foss Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Toys for Tots at toyfortots.org/donate/ Bob was born on March 16, 1929 in Omaha, Nebraska to Charles E. Redfield and Clara Herman Redfield.
