Anne was born on February 28, 1953 and passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019.

Anne was a resident of Dallas, Texas at the time of passing.

Anne (Anne-Mary) grew up in Minnesota, graduated from St. Louis Park High School and obtained a Master's degree in Public Policy and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin.
