Jimmie was born on March 31, 1981 and passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2009.

Jimmie was a resident of Smithton, Illinois at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Christine.

Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL. Funeral: Funeral services will be held for close friends and family at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 12, 2009 at Kassly Mortuary Chapel, Fairview Heights, IL. Interment will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery, Belleville, IL.

Memorials may be made to the Coryn and Brooke Hazelwood Education Fund.
