COOK, JERRY DOUGLAS Born June 6, 1942 in Denison, Texas and passed away November 17, 2009 in Dallas, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Collen; 3 daughters, Angelia, Beth and RheaAnne; 4 step-children, Darren, Stacey, Sherry and Danielle; brothers and sister, Donald, Mike, and Shelia; grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Friday, November 20, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. Memorial service will be 12:30 PM, Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
