Robert K. "Bob" Eveslage, 84, passed away on May 9, 2012. He was born on September 5, 1927 in Cincinnati, Ohio to George and Alice (Kain) Eveslage.

He was a member of the U.S. Army and served in Japan transporting Prisoners of War. After his discharge, he returned to Cincinnati and enrolled at Xavier University receiving a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1951. Bob began his sales career in sporting goods with MacGregor where he was consistently one of their top salesmen year after year. He also worked for J & B Sales, again, earning top sales honors.

Bob was an avid golfer, enjoyed working crossword puzzles, and loved reading. He loved his family and had a special place in his heart for his daughter, Haley. Bob was known by many and was never shy to speak to everyone he came in contact with. He met life with a spirit of optimism and was always laughing and ready for a good time!

To remember him always, he leaves behind: his daughters, Vicki Marzluff of Dallas, Helen "Haley" Eveslage of Austin, and Stephanie Kossaeth and husband Mark of Buda; his sons, Tom Eveslage and wife Sheila of Austin, and Robert K. Eveslage, Jr. of Austin; his brother, Pat Eveslage of Cincinnati; grand-children Trevor and Angela Marzluff, Jarred Farmer and Dalton Kush; and three great-grand-children.
