Aaron Van Whittington, a native of New Orleans and longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the age of 72. Loving father of Michele Louise Whittington Stedman, Erin Brooke Whittington Boreros (wife of Vincente Joseph Boreros II), Irene Marie Whittington Sanchez (wife of Felix Nahum Sanchez) and Lachelle Whittington Ladnier (wife of Royce Dudley Ladnier). Aaron will be fondly remembered as a man who was filled with an abundance of smiles that he enjoyed sharing with family and friends, as he never met a stranger. He will be deeply missed by all who were touched by his love, kindness and compassion.
