Adeline M. Gilmore, 92, passed away December 23, 2011. She was born on a farm near Denzer, WI, on Christmas Day 1918.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmund and Augusta (Steinhorst) Jaedike; her husband, Edward F. Gilmore II and one son, Gerald W. Gilmore of Omaha, Nebr.; three sisters, Evelyn Flood, Helen Schaeffer, Lorna Mcfarlane, and one brother, Walter Jaedike, all of Wisconsin.
She is survived by three sons: Edward F. Gilmore III of Overland Park, KS; the Rev. Charles E. Gilmore of Hot Springs, AR; James Gilmore of Madison, WI., 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2011, 1:30 PM at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. John's Lutheran Church of Leland, Hwy. C, North Freedom, WI 53951.
