He first met Opal at Stadium Park, where they were on separate picnic outings. Al and Opal were married on October 20, 1942. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses in the Palliative Care Unit at Aultman Hospital. Their loving care and compassion will not be forgotten. Additional thanks to the staff of the Canton Baptist Temple for their comforting words and prayers. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11am in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel.
