Mrs. Alice M. Decker

DECKER, ALICE M. of Annapolis, MD died peacefully on Thursday, October 20,
2011 in the comfort of her home. Born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, she married George T. Decker and they spent a wonderful 56 years together.
The family started in Binghamton, NY where they lived for over 40 years.
Alice is the truly beloved mother of five children including: Dr. J. Elliot and Carole Decker (Flemington, NJ); Claudia and Robert Dubuque (Sturgeon Bay, WI); Marita and Christopher Zadina (Glencoe, IL); Janine and John Harrison (Hadley, MA) and Larry and Kate Decker (Germantown, MD). She is also the best grandmother to 13 grandchildren: Luke and Lex Decker; Chance, Noel and George Dubuque; Lauren, Caroline and Elle Zadina; Tess and Will Harrison; and Emma, Ava and Blake Decker. She is also the loving aunt to Mary Anne Grady, Margaret Mary Grady, and Meghan Hammond.
Professionally, Alice was a director with the Red Cross Association in Boston, a teacher, and a member of the Coldwell Banker George T. Decker Real Estate team. She was a deeply faithful woman who was very active in various community organizations, St. Vincent DePaul Church and the Catholic Charity organization.
A funeral Mass will be held at St. John Neumann Chapel on October 28, 2011 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, expressions to celebrate Alice's life may be made
