Cedar Falls - AMY LYNN GEPHART, 35, of Marengo, Iowa, formerly of Cedar Falls, died at her home on Sunday, June 7, 2009.
Amy was born November 7, 1973, in Vinton, Iowa, the daughter of James E. and Nancy L. (Daggy) Gephart. She graduated from Northern Iowa High School and attended the University of Northern Iowa. She was employed as a supervisor for Williamsburg Manufacturing Co. for eleven years until May of 2008. She was currently employed at the Blairstown/Marengo Veterinary Clinic.
Survivors include her parents of Cedar Falls; paternal grandfather, Lawrence H. Gephart of Marion; paternal grandmother, Ruby A. Gephart of Cedar Falls; and maternal grandmother, Mary L. Daggy of Humboldt.
Preceded in death by her maternal grandfather.
Memorial services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 12, 2009 at Prairie Lakes Church in Cedar Falls, with private inurnment. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Richardson Funeral Home in Cedar Falls. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Hartman Reserve Nature Center.
