He is preceded in death by his grandparents Luvirn and Virginia Welch and Olin and Charlotte Lewis. He is survived by his mother and step-father Debbie and Dan Martin, father William Lewis brother Chris Lewis and aunts, uncles and cousins. Loved always and will be forever.
