Jerry Andrew "Andy" Young, 33, of 447 Tabor Woods Road, passed away Monday, October 17, 2011.

Born in Rock Hill, SC, he was the son of Jerry Wayne Young of Greenwood and Mary Crowther O'Dell and Glenn O'Dell of Pickens.

Andy was a sports enthusiast who especially enjoyed Clemson Tigers Sports.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Amanda Peake (Michael) of Pickens; two nephews, Curtis and Nicholas Peake; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Crowther of Pickens.

He was predeceased by grandparents Reverend and Mrs. Emory Young.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 2:00 PM in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, National Center 7272 Greenville Avenue Dallas, TX 75231 or to the charity of one's choice.

The family will be at their respective homes.
