Miss Ann Marie Gilligan

Ann M. Gilligan, Of Watertown passed away on August 25, 2009 in Needham, Massachusetts. She was 70 years old.

Born in Marblehead, Massachusetts on July 26, 1939, she was the beloved daughter of the late Edward P. & Cecelia (Canavan) Gilligan.

Ann was the devoted sister of Barbara Donovan & her husband Joseph of Arlington & the late Brian M. Gilligan. Loving aunt to Maura Gerardi & her husband Andrew of Medfield and Brian E. Gilligan & his wife Amy of Maynard.

Her funeral will be held from the STANTON FUNERAL HOME, 786 Mt. Auburn St. (Rt 16) Watertown on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church Watertown at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Interment St. Patrick Cemetery.

She was a late graduate of Northeastern University Class of 1982, and was a retired IRA Representative with the Member Plus Credit Union.
