ANN WOODS TALBOT, age 76 of Manassas, Virginia, loving military wife, mother and grandmother, died Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Prince William Hospital. She had lived in the area for the past 33 years.
Preceded in death by her loving husband, Captain Frank Russell Talbot, Jr. USN (Ret.)
Survivors include five children, Frank Russell Talbot, III and wife Christine, Elizabeth Ann Hinton and husband Howard, Carolyn Marie Broccoli and husband Jerry, Catherine Emily Yates and husband Randy and Margaret Dolores Barnett and husband Chris and 15 grandchildren, Ryan, Mike, Pat, Tyler, Shannon, Kyle, Zachary, Andrew, Caitlan, Joseph, Matthew, Cara, Emma, C.J. and Erin.
She was the kindest person who made everyone feel warm and welcome and blessed so many lives. Her love of the farm, nature and her beloved pets will live in all of us forever.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 15, 2008 at All Saints Catholic Church, 9300 Stonewall Road, Manassas. Interment will follow at Arlington National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society, 124 Park Street, SE, Vienna, Virginia 22180 in memory of Ann Talbot.
