MILLERSBURG- Anna A. Callahan, 85, of State Street, passed away Monday, June 13, 2011 at the Harrisburg Hospital. She was born, September 24, 1925 in Hegins, the daughter of the late Frank, and Molly (Saltzer) Weist. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Berrysburg. Anna had worked in the past as a manager for Fannie Farmer Candy Co., Philadelphia and also as a dispatcher for a trucking company. She also was a crossing guard after she retired. Survivors include, her husband , Edward V. Callahan, 6 Sisters: Connie Heisey, Clearwater , FL, Marie Casner, Elizabethville, Dolly Bennett, Steelton, Verna Dodson, Newport, Jane Kline, Mechanicsburg, and Betty Sundy, New Cumberland; Brother, Woodrow Weist, Lykens; Many Nieces and Nephews There will be a viewing at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes, Inc., Elizabethville on Friday, June 17, 2011 from 11:00 AM - 12 PM. Services will start at 12 PM.
