Anna Elizabeth Waldridge, 100, Liberty, Missouri passed away January 6, 2011. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to First Assembly of God Church, 101 N. Forrest Ave., Liberty, MO 64068. Anna was born September 5, 1910 in Arley, Missouri to Jacob and Cora Marie (Mast) Schmitt. She was a 1929 graduate of Liberty High School. Anna worked as a telephone operator for S.W. Bell Telephone and was a member of Pioneers. She was a charter member of First Assembly of God Church. Anna loved her family, her church and people in general. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, canning and cooking. Preceding her in death were her husband Leroy Waldridge in 1957, four brothers and two sisters and a son Robert Lee Waldridge. Survivors include a daughter Sharon L. Waldberg, Liberty, MO; three grandsons, Daniel Waldberg (Brenda) and family, Leawood, KS; Edward Waldberg (Mindi) and family, Overland Park, KS and Mitchell Waldberg (Pamela) and family, Tempe, AZ; four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily, Paige and Lauren and a sister, Louise Koontz, Lee’s Summit, MO.
