Annie Mae Stowe
Funeral services for Annie Mae Stowe, 73, of Rayville, LA were held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Rayville, LA with Rev. Harold Spillers officiating. Interment followed in the Greer Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.
Annie Mae was born June 9, 1938 in Rayville, LA and passed away Sunday, July 17, 2011 in Baskin, LA after a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Stowe was a member of the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching NASCAR racing, country music concerts, and attending church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Hazel Lively, Sr.; husband, Alfred Stowe; and son, Mike Stowe.
Survivors include her son, David Stowe, Sr. and wife, Ann of Mangham, LA; grandchildren, David Stowe, Jr., Meaghan Stowe, Cody Stowe, and Nikki Stowe all of Mangham, LA; sisters, Althea Mae Frith, Evelina Stowe, and Evelyn Lively all of Rayville, LA; brothers, Buck Lively, Jr. of Bastrop, LA, Joe Lively and wife, Dorothy of Rayville, LA, and Jesse Lively of Rayville, LA; host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were David Smith, Stevie Allen Stowe, II, Jesse "Kojack" Lively, D.J. Lively, Luke Stowe, and Lucas Stowe.
Honorary pallbearers were the Men of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
