Annie Rose Dozier, 71, of 297 Dovehaven Drive, wife of the late Herbert Dozier, passed away Friday, December 16, 2011 at her home.

Born in Avondale, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Joshua and Martha Combs Rose.

Mrs. Dozier was a homemaker and member of Fairview Independent Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sisters, Ethel Romaric of Zolfo Springs, FL and Martha Louise McGhee of War, WV; a brother, Franklin D. Rose of War, WV. She will be missed by her friends, Ernest and Kathy Davis, Ed and Joann Brown, Herb and Brenda Paschal, Jon, Karen and Mark Cuthbertson and her loving church family.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
