Antoinette "Toni" B. Chavez, 65, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. She was born on September 27, 1946 in Houston, TX, to parents, Leona and Jesus Chavez. Toni was employed by Memorial Hermann Hospital Medical Center until the time of her death.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Leona Chavez; brother, Gilbert; and nephew, Mark. Toni is survived by her children, Melissa Chavez (Jorge), Tobias Chavez (Raquel); grandchildren, Jorge, Krystal, Veronica, and David; siblings, Eloise (Jimmy), Jesse (Molly), John Phillip (Rose), Estella, Elise, and Rosalinda; numerous other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Crespo Funeral Home, from 4-9 PM, with a Rosary being recited at 7 PM. Services will be held at Crespo Funeral Home the following day, at 11 AM.
