Antonia M. Tirado, 88, passed away March 15, 2011, in her home. She was born in Puerto Rico and the the widow of Joseph R. Tirado. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Catherine Antonaccio and husband Louis of Virginia Beach, VA; son, Joseph A. Tirado of Sausalito, CA; grandson, Joseph C. Tirado of Houston, TX; granddaughters, Diane Marie Mina and husband Michael of Novato, CA and Jennifer Meyeraan and husband Ross of Florida. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at 11 a.m. in Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Chesapeake, VA with Fr. Romeo Jazmin officiating. Burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel on Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
