Mrs. Audrey N. Schmidt passed away at Watsonville Community Hospital on Saturday Dec. 20th at the age of 90. A native of Hackensack, New Jersey, she had lived in Watsonville for 32 years.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years Herman Schmidt of Watsonville; two daughters Nikki Hann of Pennsylvania and Georgia Edwards of Texas; a daughter-in-law Lydia Schmidt of New Jersey; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Michael in Dec. 2008.

A private family gathering celebrating Audrey’s life will be held at a later date.

Davis Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with cremation arrangements.
