Ava Dell passed from this world on November 2, 2011 at 30 years of age. Survived by father, Michael A. Dell of Manitou Springs; mother, Jan Payne of Castle Rock; sister, Lauren Andrea Dell of Manitou Springs; grandparents, Virginia and Peter Dell of Pueblo; aunt and uncle, Ginger and Doug Veltri of Pueblo; uncle, Anthony P. Dell of Pueblo; cousins, Matt and Angela Dell of Denver, Francis and John Blackford of Pueblo and Dell and Virginia Veltri of Pueblo. Ava was born to Michael A. Dell and Jan Dell on February 19, 1981, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In her college days at CU Boulder, she majored in music where she was an accomplished viola player. Ava had a love for fitness and yoga and worked as a fitness/personal trainer and yoga instructor in Los Angeles, California. She also loved sports, travel, adventure, romance, art, and music. Growing up overseas in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia allowed her to travel extensively, which amplified her desire to meet and embrace people from all walks of life. Ava could light up a room with her passionate, vibrant, and enthusiastic spirit. Full of life and energy, she lived every moment of every day to the fullest! Her favorite quote was "Be yourself . . . everyone else is already taken." She loved making people laugh and she loved laughing, she was tough and determined, talented, entertaining, fun and caring. Those who knew her admired her true beauty and ability to always be herself. One of the brightest stars to touch her friends and family's lives, the world will be a darker place without her illuminating and larger than life presence. May she rest in peace. We will all miss her. A private funeral Mass was held. Online condolences, MontgomerySteward.com
