Barbara Jean Singleton, 77 of Liberty, MO passed away Saturday, October 22, 2011 at TMC Lakewood Long Term Care. Barb was born September 10, 1934 to Don and Zelpha Taylor. She retired from SW Bell Telephone Co. Preceding her in death were her husband, Tom Singleton, her parents, her brother, Jim Taylor and grandson Chris Harris. She leaves two sons, Don Singleton of Liberty and David Singleton of KC, MO; granddaughter, Amber Harris, KC, MO; sister-in-law Gene Taylor of Columbia and former daughter-in-law, JoAnn Singleton.
A celebration of Barb's life will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 26 at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, Liberty with visitation one hour prior. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or to TMC LW-Long Term Care.
The family would like to thank the Long Term Care staff for their caring and kindness over the past year. Many of you had become part of the family to her. Barbara will be sorely missed. We love you Mom.
