Funeral services for Barbara Lee Breckles, 70, of Caldwell will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011 at the Strickland Funeral Home Chapel in Caldwell, with Rev. Rick Mitchell, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church in Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow in the Chriesman Cemetery in Chriesman, Texas under the care and direction of Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell. A visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Wednesday Dec. 28, 2011 at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell. Barbara was born February 24, 1941 in Haynesville, Louisiana to Jesse Stephen and Ester Lee Macalister Arnold. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Caldwell. Barbara is survived by: 2 sons: John Roland Ross of Caldwell, and William A. Ross of Midland. 3 Sisters and Brothers-in-Law: Mable and Lewis Caddell of Caldwell, Lillian and Robert Glenn of Haynesville, La., and Darline and James Crabtree of Midland. 1 Grand Daughter: Marisa Wollner and her husband Josh, of Abilene, Tx 5 Great Grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son, James Weeks Ross, 1 Daughter Carolyn Martin, 3 brothers, Robert Carol Arnold, Hugh Allen Arnold, Grady Harold Arnold and 1 sister, Sally Jeanette Bryant.
