Barbara Brumbaugh Kittel Willis, 85, passed away peacefully with grace and dignity, surrounded by loving family, at her home on Sunday, December 18, 2011. Through our tears of loss and sorrow at her passing, we all celebrate her wonderful life, and the joy and happiness she brought to all who knew her.

Born in Hudson, NY, she lived many years in Kentucky, South Carolina, and Florida, spending her final years in Greenville, South Carolina.

The family thanks the loving assistance of Lutheran Hospice, Senior Helpers and Rolling Green Village staff.

She was predeceased by husbands, Robert E. Kittel after a marriage of 24 years, and by Eugene O. Willis after a marriage of 18 years.

Surviving are children, Kristine Lynn, Kathryn Sutherland, Charles F. Kittel (Lisa), and Robert L. Kittel (Terri), seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
