BARRY FORD Barry Neal Ford, 60, resident of 411 Horizon Lane, died December 28, 2012 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Greenwood, August 26, 1952, he was a son of Evelyn Bannister Ford and the late M.B. Ford. He was a graduate of Greenwood High School and attended Lander College. A former member of West Side Baptist Church having grew up there and been a part of the youth group, he was a member of the Gates to Zion Fellowship in West Columbia. Surviving in addition to his mother of the home are a daughter, Jessica Ford (Lee) Keels of Moore; a sister, Gail Ford (Walter) Madden of Hodges; a granddaughter, Mary Chandler Keels and a grandson, Jackson Ford Keels. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday at West Side Baptist Church with Rev. Hal Lane, Mr. Craig Odell and Mr. Joe Snipes officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Jeremi Madden, Samuel Madden, Josh Thompson and Joey Snipes. The family is at the home on Horizon Lane and will receive friends at the church from 12 to 2 Monday afternoon. The body is at Blyth Funeral Home and will be placed in the church at 12 noon on Monday. Memorials may be made to Gates to Zion Fellowship, P.O. Box 777, Chapin, SC 29036.
