Belia Carreon Fraga January 27, 1963 - December 3, 2011 Belia (Bel) Carreon Fraga, 48, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2011 at her home. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 7, at Oakwood Cemetery with Yolanda Romero officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 6, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey. Bel was born January 27, 1963, in Weslaco, Texas, to Guadalupe and Delia Padilla Carreon. She relocated with her family in 1979 to Waco. She was a 1981 graduate of University High School. She was a dedicated employee for PCA since 2003. She enjoyed spending her free time with family and friends. Bel was the true definition of a devoted Texas Longhorn fan. She was an amazing woman, mother, aunt, sister and friend. She has touched many lives in her short time here. She has left behind many memories to cherish for a lifetime. She was preceded in death by her father, Guadelupe Carreon and very special aunts, Beva Rios, Juanita Villarreal and Belia Padilla. She is survived by her mother, Delia Carrion; her daughter, Stephanie Fraga Gonzales and husband, Eddie; her son, Robert Andrew Fraga, both of Waco; grandchildren, Lilah and Liliana Gonzales; sister, Norma Toledo and husband, Mike; brother, Lupe Carreon Jr. and wife, Teri, all of Waco; niece, Brittany Carreon, also of Waco. Pallbearers are Robert Andrew Fraga, son-in-law, Eddie Gonzales, brother, Lupe Carreon Jr, and nephews, Roman Carreon, Jeremy and Jeffery Toledo. Honorary pallbearer is Mike Toledo.
