Benjamin Edward (Eddie) Whitney passed away suddenly of cardiac arrest at his home in Yardley on October 1, 2011. He was 33 years young and left us much too early.
He was an oil field engineer for Cathederal Energy Services. Ben (Eddie) was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Millington, TN after traveling to Puerto Rico and Guam with his military family. He was a hard worker who loved the outdoors and had a zest for life that was insatiable. The rough areas of his life only temporarily slowed him down. He had an infectious laugh and a smile that lit up the room.
Ben (Eddie) is survived by his wife Sallie, his daughters: Jessica Grace and Aliza, two granddaughters, his parents: Walt and Joanie of Millington, TN, three brothers: Rob, Chris, and Patrick, his sister Devra, his biological father, Eduardo Ojeda Jr, of Trenton, NJ, as well as his grandparents, a niece, three nephews, and a multitude of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 6-8pm, at Beck-Givnish of Levittown, 7400 New Falls Rd.
