Mom and Dad (Tobie and Jack Casler) have been gone now since 1999. Our Brother Jack Casler, Jr. Passed 4-1-2011. I have SO MANY memories of The First Assembly of God in Milwaukie. I grew up there, remember all the special programs, the Bike I won in a contest on one Easter Sunday...the wonderful Children's programs and finally the Missions Trip To Mexico that I took. Janet and I were both married in that church. So many many wonderful memories of you and Pastor Benny and family. Wonderful Christmas programs and getting those wonderful brown bags of candy following the Christmas program that the ushers would pass out. We always went to look at Christmas lights with our goodies in hand. May God Bless you and your family. I will let Janet know of this site. I am sure she would love to contact you also. Dear Bonnie and family,

I was so sorry to read just this evening about Bennie's death. You were so good to us and so kind to my mother before her death in 2005. When I sent a Christmas card a few years ago, it felt so natural to address him as "Pastor," although you had been gone from Ottawa for 50 years. We loved you and the family and feel blessed to have had the privilege to have had you as our pastors.

You all are in our prayers. We loved that Pastor Bennie and he will be missed. Momma said she hoped one of the angels met him with a Sour Cream Raisin Pie! Deborah Moody & Lola Carter Plainview, Texas

Bonnie, I am so sorry to hear of Benny's passing. Wanda called and I looked it up on the computer.
