Bernard Wasserman, 90, of Palm City, FL died January 28, 2012 at Treasure Coast Hospice.
Born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Palm City 14 years ago from Matawan, New Jersey.
Mr. Wasserman worked as Courtroom Deputy for the Honorable Whitman Knapp, U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of New York and was a member of Martin Downs County Club and a former member of Bamm Hollow County Club in Lincroft, NJ. Bernard served in the U. S. Marines during WW II. Mr. Wasserman and was an avid lifelong golfer.
Mr. Wasserman is survived by his wife, Claire Wasserman of Palm City, FL.
Mr. Wasserman is predeceased by his parents Isadore and Belle Wassermann and sister Rhoda Weiss
Funeral services will held January 31, 2012, at 9:00 am at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel Palm City FL., Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park Palm City, FL.
