Bettie A. Sirine, 64, of Valrico, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Born in Norfolk, Virginia, Mrs. Sirine had been a Valrico resident for six years. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church where she also served on the Board of Trustees. Mrs. Sirine and her husband, were members of Hampton Roads Fleet 30 Sailing Association and also enjoyed international traveling. Survivors include her loving husband of 18 years, Bill; son, Charles Neely; daughters, Whitney (Robert) DeSantis, and Kimberly (Steve) Wise; brother, Robert (Evelyn) Randolph; and her six grandchildren, Geoffrey Neely, Jennifer DeSantis, Matthew DeSantis, William Donnell, Cheyenne Wise, and China Wise. A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, located on Granby Street in Norfolk, on Saturday, February 26th at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 3315 Bryan Road, Brandon, Florida 33511.
