1939-2011

Betty passed away Sunday April 3, 2011 at the Rocky Mt Care Center, Clearfield. She was surrounded by her husband and children. She was born December 6, 1939 in Spanish Fork Utah, to Ivor Vaughn Bramall, and Laura Hales.

She lived in Spanish Fork for the first 10 years of her life. Her family moved to Carywood Idaho, near Sandpoint, where they bought a small farm in the forest. She lived with her family until 1958. She attended BYU for 2 years, and studied nursing. She then moved to Salt Lake City where she worked at Kresses, where she met and later married Parley Clegg on June 8, 1962 in the Salt Lake Temple. They moved to Layton, Utah where they lived until her death.

She is survived by her husband; children, Tommy (Michele), Betty Ann (David), Linda (Richard), Robert, Laura (Trey), James (Denise), David, and Mary; 10 Grandchildren; and brother, Bobby. She is preceded in death by her sister, Audrey, and brother, George.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at the Layton Hills Stake Center, 2300 N. University Park Blvd, Layton. A viewing will be held from 6-8pm on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the Antelope Ward Building, 590 W. Antelope drive, Layton, and also 1 hour prior to services. Interment will be held at Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, 3115 E 7800 S,
Cottonwood Heights.
