Beverly Joann Miller, 76, Liberty, MO passed away June 4, 2011 at Shirkey Nursing & Rehab Center in Richmond, MO. She was born November 11, 1934 in Clay County, MO to Ernest Eldon and Nilene Thacker Flanery. Joann was a graduate of Liberty High School. She was a secretary for Claude Parrish Chevrolet for a number of years. Joann loved to shop especially for shoes. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her son, William E. “Bill” Gervais; three grandchildren, George Gervais, Fred Gervais and Ina Gervais and four great-grandchildren, Monty, Jayci, Marvin and Stella.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 8 at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, Liberty, MO where visitation will be one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery, Liberty, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
