Billie G. Madsen, the son of Jerry and Pauline (Lippert) Madsen, was born September 5, 1944, in Estherville, Iowa. Billie passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the Valley Vue Care Center in Armstrong, Iowa, at the age of 66.
He received his education in the Hollister Special Education School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Billie had lived in Graettinger, Sioux Falls, Estherville and Armstrong. Billie was employed at Echo from 1974 - 2007.
He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Estherville.
Left to cherish Billie's memory is his brother, Arnold Madsen and his wife, Wanda of Prairie City, Oregon; special friends, Colleen Kruse and Donna Lane.
Billie was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and nephew, Jon Madsen.
