Blake was born on February 27, 1996 and passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012.
Blake was a resident of New Cambria, Missouri at the time of his passing.
He was a student at New Cambria High School and had attended the United Church of New Cambria.
Funeral services will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the Gilleland & McElwain Funeral Home in New Cambria. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorials for family expenses.
