Bobby Richard Misner, age 70, of Manila, died Saturday June 16, 2012 at his home in Manila. Born at Franklin, Missouri, he was the son of the late Marion Richard and Ester Briggs Misner. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran and a retired Postmaster having served in Obion, TN., Newbern, TN., and Ripley, TN. before making his home in Manila in 2003. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 1 sister, Mollie Ann Misner. He is survived by:

1 Son, Scott Misner of Manila
2 Daughters:
Molly Misner of Leachville
Lori Blaylock of Yorktown, VA
4 Brothers:
Tommy Misner of Monterey, TN
Ray Misner of Manila
Billy Misner of Dayton, OH
Wayne Misner of Dayton, OH
1 Sister, Nancy Todd of Monterey, TN
He also leaves 5 grandchildren, Kyle, Kelce, Brody, Maesyn and Max
2 great-grandchildren, Maddox and Miraye
Funeral Services will be 11AM Wednesday in the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. William Piercy and Rev. Jarred Russell officiating. Burial will follow in the Manila Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Mark Ford, J.P. Baugher, Bobby Shipley, Mark Misner, Troy Misner and Terry Pearson. The family will receive visitors Tuesday evening from 6-8PM at the funeral home in Manila. Guest register at www.howardfuneralservice.com
